Explorer Thumbnail generator for BLP files [Comments]

BLPThumb generates thumbnails in Windows Explorer for Blizzard's BLP format.

BLP Texture files are used by many Blizzard video games, and a few other games as well. This plugin will add thumbnail support in Windows Explorer for the BLP file type.
Currently only BLP1 type images with a compression of 0 or 1 (picture type 3, 4, or 5) are parsed and displayed. BLP2 format and other picture and compression methods will be added later, perhaps.
